File requirements made simple for everyday uploads and larger pro files

For most orders, standard image files are all you need. If you already have a JPEG, PNG, or WEBP under 110MB, you can upload it directly and continue in the builder.

  • 110MB upload limit for standard files on the website.
  • TIFF, RAW, and PDF files are all good too, but they are usually really large.
  • Email us a Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar link and we can optimize the file for print.
  • Set your final printing dimensions first, then export at 300 DPI for the same print quality in a smaller and easier file.

Hanging and rolled canvas

Ready to hang, or choose rolled canvas if you want to stretch it yourself

Most customers choose a finished ready-to-hang canvas because it is the easiest option. If you prefer to do the stretching on your own, you can choose rolled canvas in the order form.

  • For secure installation, we recommend using two nails or screws directly in the wall.
  • Lower the top of the frame onto the nails or screws so the canvas stays stable and flush against the wall.
  • Rolled canvas is ideal if you want to stretch the canvas yourself or have it finished later.
  • We seal the canvas and include extra printed edge, plus additional blank canvas, so you have the material needed for stretching.
